works very well for pulling wire through conduit. i have always pulled back another rope though to keep a fresh pulling string in the tube - works very well.

I bought this to pull wire through a long run of 1 inch conduit. To my dismay, as I was pulling this through, I found that the cord was actually 2 pieces - not one big one. I had to tie it together which was ridiculous because I didn't have a lot of room as it was. Then when I was pulling it through, the cord broke and snapped back up into the conduit. I had to start the entire pulling process over. What a waste of time.
