Right out of the box, brand new unpacking, the electrical male pin connector broke installing the power cord. Cheap,thin phenelic plastic,, needless to say had to disassemble and make it work for my ac system... Worked like a champ recovering freon tho.. like the extendable pull handle and wheels. Heavy but not too bad. Cheap parts causing issues.
