easy to install works great! Only thing is I wish it had a silence button on it, but I can just unplug it if goes off..

I had ordered one of this same model (same seller) previously, so I know how they work, and how to install. However, this one I rerceived today (my second one) does exactly the opposite of what it is supposed to. When the unattached end of the float (away from the cord attachment) tilts DOWN, the alarm sounds (that would be a LOW water situation). When the far end tilts UP (a high water situation), the alarm TURNS OFF. I contacted vevor online support and while friendly, simply took my email and said the 'relevant department' would get back to me in several days. This MAY be a wiring error in the factory; maybe i can just flip wires, but which ones and also not really the point if I have to disassemble to get it to work properly.
