Vevor has the worst customer support, even with extended warranties. I have quite a few vevor products (vacuum sealer, air hose reel, plasma cutter, chop saw, evaporator pan, pipe threader, fan vent, pocket hole jig) No spare parts if something breaks, your out of luck. Like pulling teeth to get a warranty claim. Felt like a ping-pong ball.

Very handy timer feature. Light weight easy to store in pantry. Silicone on flat beater, super. Suction cups good.Cons: No handle on stainless bowl. Can be difficult to turn on removal.All lower end priced mixers have issues with dough kneading. This one okay. Didn't buy for that purposeQuality good for price.Used this mixer 6 months for occasional baking. Has had no issues.
