I hope this message finds you well.I recently purchased a fan, but I’m experiencing some issues with the remote control. At times, it does not respond due to what seems to be a contact failure, and the buttons for adjusting the wind strength sometimes work in reverse, making it very difficult to use.I would appreciate it if you could send me a replacement remote that functions properly. If a replacement is not possible, I may need to return the product.Thank you for your understanding and assistance.
