Fit is perfect. This part supports arm rotation with commensurate structural support. After installation, the arm rotated properly. If you're going to do the replacement, I recommend the YouTube video under the heading "DJI Mavic Air 2 Rear Arm Repair Guide." It will take you to the point that removing and replacing the mount is easy (just four more obvious screws). Note that the video mistakenly says Torx screws size 5 and 6, when it should say 4 and 5. Pay attention to the two different diameter hex screws with the same head size. The video points it out.The trickiest steps are threading and then pulling the 6 arm wires back through the mount into the body. A long pair of tweezers helps. If you've never soldered electronics components before, I suggest you get help on that. When you do the soldering, be sure to tin the iron before following the procedure in the video. Amazon asks reviewers to rate the difficulty of the repair. I would put it between Moderate and Advanced. If you are a very patient person, you may find it to be Moderate. Otherwise, lookout; it's not something to rush through. Given that you've been able to figure out that this is the part you need, I'm betting you can do the replacement. You will require a 1.5mm hex (1.5H) screwdriver bit as well as the two Torx bits. The bits need to be long to reach some screws. The Nanch set on Amazon is a good fit, but not cheap.Considering the price, I'm buying a spare one of these. My $800 drone is back in service after several months down.

Great replacement piece. Looks and feels just like that stock piece.

Well, this isn’t going to get my drone back in the air. I was disappointed to wait all week for the part only to get a toy truck delivered.
