I love my VHC quilts and here's my new favorite! It's beautiful, soft, all cotton (batting and cover), super well sewn -- and like the others -- feels substantial without heaviness or overheating. I got the luxury size king so it hangs with decent length on sides and bottom over our king bed.There's a main base of cream, plus muted yellow, green, blue, and maroon/red. The patching and patterns make it all work, very harmonious, not garish. A breeze to match different colored sheets and accessories. There's one large pattern in the middle of the quilt, so it's a snap to center it quickly when making the bed.Entire reverse side is a matching plaid.Worth the price. If yer on the fence -- GET IT!

Got this for my boyfriend and I because his quilt from his grandmother is falling apart. We love it! It feels great and is lightweight but still thick. We got a California king because he steals the covers all night so we wanted it oversized and it’s great. My only complaints are how long it took to wash (literally an all day event) and that it had a few loose stitches. Really love it though!

I ordered the complete set balances skirt quilt etc... I was so disappointed when it arrived had a terrible smell to it. I was quick to blame the seller, but I found out that it was the shipping company that got the box wet and in return everything smelled musty. I have bought so many quilts curtains and shower curtains from this company and never had a problem. Always I received great quality products. They have never disappointed me. I've washed many products using the vinegar and salt trick which locks in the color and experienced no fading nor unraveling. Would buy again and again.

Love VHC Quilts, have had one for years and are well made. Unfortunately the colors are darker than show the linen color is a darker beige and was a gift so had to return and order a different quilt that had the lighter tones

I own several quilts from VHC...all beautiful and well made and they all wash well. This quilt...is exceptional and to think I almost didn't order it. I've been looking at it for a few weeks now....since I was in the market for a new fall quilt, but the simplicity of it was stopping me. I have a very neutral off white bedroom so I can constantly change the quilts out and accent with colors in the quilt. I finally bit the bullet and ordered and this is absolutely beautiful. The material is not simplistic at all...just perfection. The pictures don't really do it justice. If you are finding yourself on the fence like I was...go for it; you won't be disappointed.

I really love this quilt. I was glad to have listened to another reviewer and I bought a king size for my queen sized bed. It is nice and full. The fabric is very nice. The colors are beautiful. It did exceed my expectations. The weight is nice for fall and winter coupled with other blankets. Glad I returned the others and got this! Thanks for helping with that Amazon.
