This massage roller from LTHTRADE is made of high-density EVA foam and is rechargeable (4000 mAh battery) works for real long .Comes with a cable. It has 5 intensity level (800RPM to 3600RPM).Vibrates hard and could get really loud in few settings and even jumps so hold it tight. :-)Had some odor which tends to dissipate .Tried using a few times under my neck , back and legs . Good part lie straight on bed keep it under your back and enjoy , you dont have to hold it or be restricted by arm length so I enjoyed it over traditional massage guns. For some body parts like neck might be little too high but for legs worked great after a solid leg day tends to relieves muscle tension. Overall little pricey (69 at time of writing) but really loved this vibration massage roller !

This is a full-sized vibrating foam roller and it packs a punch power-wise. The outside of the roller has some very deep ridges, so you'll likely want to start on a low power setting to get accustomed to the deeper pressure, but it's nice to know you can step up the power when you want to get deep. It also uses a USB-C charging port, so there's no special charger needed if you take it on the go.

I use a normal foam roller pretty regularly and felt like this might be a way to get even more out of my foam roller. I feel like it does a pretty good job, I wish it was a little more firm on the padding, but that's pretty minor. The vibration definitely helps provide some extra relief on sore areas when I need it. A tip, for those new like me, first make sure you have some weight on it before you turn on the vibration as it will jump around the floor. At the loudest setting it's pretty loud, audible outside of my room. My dogs are really intrigued whenever it is above level 3 or so.

I've used regular foam rollers in the past, and so I was interested in this one. Of course, you can use it like a regular foam roller without turning it on, and then it has five power levels: the highest is really strong!I thought that the spikiness would be uncomfortable, but it's actually okay. I haven't used up all the first charge yet, but this definitely works, and the vibration does loosen up my muscles more than my regular foam roller.

This is a nice foam roller even just on its own, but this foam roller is on steroids - the vibration feature is great for an added massage and working out of sore muscles. There are five levels of intensity. I suggest starting low and working your way up over time because the high end is a lot. The rechargeable battery is excellent and lasts much longer than I would have expected. I was worried about the nubs on the roller being too aggressive or uncomfortable, but they are good and comfortable.
