these fit together easily, and work well for small canvases.

I am very pleased with these stretcher bars. they are just the right size for my current Diamond Painting project. After I completed and sealed the design, I was able to easily adhere the canvas to the bars using a combination of some double faced tape and a staple gun to ensure it STAYS adhered.
