I have this spooled on 2 baitcasters 10 lb test. Great casting and really great distance with this line. No memory in line. Just make sure u have your baitcasters set properly or like with any line, will certainly Birds nest. Found this line while following Greg Blanchard on YOUTUBE who is an incredible traveling kayak fisherman. He really gives u a NO BS assessment on on everything he uses, the Viscious Flourocarbon being one of those great products.

This is probably some of the worst fishing line I've used. It has line memory so it is always twisted, and is very fragile. Knots won't hold and it breaks very easily. P-line flouroclear is much better line and it provides all the attributes of good fluorocarbon, and it is just a fluoro-coated line. I'm not promoting P-line, it is just comparably priced and a much better line. I fish a lot and don't have much money so when I buy stuff that is garbage it hurts.

This stuff sucks. Knots up as you cast. Worst fishing line I've ever used. I use a spinning reel and this is pure garbage.

THIS IS THE WORST GARBAGE I HAVE EVER USED, AND I'VE BEEN FISHING OVER 50 YEARS AND MUCH OF IT CHARTERED. FIVE HOOK SETS IN A ROW THE LINE BROKE. AS PLAIN AS THAT. JUST SNAPPED NO PLACE SPECIAL,NOT AT THE KNOT,OR LEADER, JUST IN THE MIDDLE OF THE LEADER LINE. IT TIES TERRIBLY. TO SLIDE A KNOT DOWN IS IMPOSSIBLE. ANY AND ALL FLOUROCARBON IS BETTER THAN THIS TRASH. I'VE TRIED THEM ALL,(OR AT LEAST MOST) AND BY FAR THIS IS THE ONE TO STAY CLEAR OF.

If you are thinking the price is to go for the product, save your money. By far i will be an avid supporter of vicious for the price and quality of the line.

It seems to have a tendency to tangle on the reel a little more than most good lines.I purchased it because it was professionally recommended.

I decided to try out this flurocarbon line, which turned out to be a big mistake. As soon as I began putting this line on my reel, I could tell it was too stiff, and if the line isn't put on tight, it becomes a huge mess. The line held up fine for my first few casts, but then I decided to troll for a while. While letting line out little loops came out but eventually straightened out behind the boat, but when I reeled in the line the loops came back and tangled themselves in the eyelets of my pole. I ended up having to cut this part of the line. Then I set back up and tried again. I found that if you are not reeling in fast enough, you end up with a birds nest on your spool. I am not sure if it is just this brand of fluorcarbon or all fluorcarbon line that acts like this but I would not reccomend dishing out the dough for this mess. I would just stick to a high quality mono line.
