I didn't get to take this out for a test run right away - too much rain and inclement weather to go for a trip, but now that it is more pleasant, I took it for a spin with one other. Size-wise, I guess technically it could hold four adults, but it would be tight if one wanted anything else in the tent with them then. With two adults, with bags, it was pretty ideal - plenty of bedding room, and easy to stand inside. The set-up was fast and efficient - much like my smaller tent, though a bit more effort to get the entryway as desired. The appearance is good - it allowed a pleasant amount of light in when desired - I was able to lean back in my mattress and comfortably read. Everything seemed sturdy enough - or at least well within what I expected. I very much avoided going in the rain, so I am not certain of the degree of waterproofing - probably would have to check another review for that, since it simply never came up. That said, I actually use a waterproofing spray and a formulated insect repellent spray on most of my tents, so I am not overly worried about it anyway. The zippers worked as expected, so nothing noteworthy to report there.Size alone, this will probably be my primary tent for any group/couples camping. It just is too convenient and comfortable not to. Going as a couple, I could easily fit an air mattress for two with thermals, blankets, pillows, and still have room for our two bags inside. Temperature inside was pleasant, and it was easy to enter and exit. A great tent for the price, and I will happily be going couples camping in it more this season.

This tent is great for casual camping trips! It’s roomy enough for a queen air mattress and still has space for gear. Setup is pretty easy and can be done in under 10 minutes. The height is awesome — you can stand up inside, which is a big plus. The “porch” area is a nice touch for taking off shoes. It’s not fully waterproof, though, so be prepared for some leaks in heavy rain. Overall, a good value for a family-friendly, beginner tent.

This is a pretty traditional tent design. Some poles are fiberglass and some are metal. I do worry about the metal corner supports getting bent. We will be setting this tent up on a wooden platform so we will have to screw the corners down with screws and washers instead of the stakes. It was easy for one person to set up until I got to the rain fly, but since our tent will be under a roof, we may leave it off for added ventilation. We got the brown/bronze colored tent and it looks nice. They always tell you more people can use a tent, but I would say this is a two-adult, one-child max size tent. There is a hook/hanger at the top for a camping fan/light. If you use it, the rain fly forms a little front porch you could put some folding camping chairs under or leave your dirty shoes outside without them getting too wet. They say it's 18#, but my scale says it is exactly 16# 3 oz. This is a very good tent for the money. We would buy it again.

This was an excellent find. We ordered the brown one. When we got it we immediately opened and set it up. It is really easy and has lots of room. The packaging was perfect and the bag it comes with makes it easy to store it all. It will be a nice addition to our camping materials. Love it.

This tent is perfect for calm camping nights. Setup was straightforward and took me about 15-20 minutes to set it up by myself for the first time. The rain canopy was the most challenging as the tent is tall and the cover kept sliding down one of the sides while I was trying to bring it over the top of the tent. The instructions are mostly clear, but give the parts one naming convention in the materials list, then another in the setup instructions. It would have been easier if they were consistent, but now that I have set it up once, I should be able to set it up faster next time. The side support posts slide into a metal stake, and if not careful, is a definite finger pinch point.Material is consistent with other tents and I like the large mesh windows as they offer a nice cross breeze. There is a plastic hook for a light at the top, and the rain canopy makes a nice entryway, but the front needs to be staked down for it to stay in place. The floor is a waterproof tarp but I wish there were some pockets along the sides to hold phones, chargers pr flashlights at night. When built, the tent is about 8'x8' with about 7.5'x7.5' of usable space inside. It is about 6' tall inside with a total height of about 6'3" with the rain cover on. It comfortably holds a queen air mattress and leaves a couple feet on one side for clothes and gear. It would be really tight with 4 people. I would not recommend more than 2 adults, or whoever can comfortably fit on a queen size bed for a good night sleep. On the brown tent, the upper portion is light and we were able to use a small projector to watch a movie at night! It was a relief when we packed up the next afternoon to get the tent, cover, poles and stakes back into the bag without a fight.

Super nice tent for the price, and we've had several!Size: Will comfortably fit 4+ kids or or 2-3 adults. It fits our queen blow up mattress with room to spareEase of setup/take down: 5 stars. Very easy to build in under 10 minutes. comes with stakes, poles, etc so everything needed to securely put it up. Fits fairly neatly back in the carrying case. For people who don't camp often - results may vary.Convenience: 4 stars as it's a week but heavy at ~18# but not horribleFeatures: Boasts water resistant but not waterproof, there is a warning not to use the tent in heavy downpours (as if that's always easy to predict) and there is a note that the 'front door' is not waterproof. We've not tested this but I always use a spray waterproofer on our outdoor gear which improves helps. We did build it before a very windy day and had no issues with structural integrity but, obv it's not going to withstand a hurricane...Not sure what more anyone would want in a flexible, family friendly tent. This one does almost everything you'd need and does it well!
