I just need glasses for reading, and I need sunglasses for driving. I have purchased progressive sunglasses many times so I can comfortably read my dashboard and drive. I have progressive reading glasses bought at Amazon for home to play on my ipad while I watch TV and they work great. So decided to try these sunglasses because I like the style and I want flexible hinged stems. My normal reading strength is 2.50. I had read that, for off the shelf progressives, its best to go down 2x strengths to have the progressive distance view work well. I ordered just one strength down to 2.25. The glasses work perfectly for reading and are just very very very slightly blurry for distance. In every other way they are perfect. Comfortable on my face and a wonderful value. I am keeping them. I also noticed that the longer I wear them, the more my brain adusts to them and I can drive perfectly well in them. If I order again, I will go down 2x. I am happy to keep them. And they are really pretty.

The reader part is great but the top part of the lens is not clear and the mid range is wonky. Missed the return window.

There was something off about the prescription of these multifocal sunnies. the 2.5 reading part was ok, but the rest of the lens had some distortion. They were returned and I re-purchased a different brand.

I like these. Good fit and have done well with getting squished in bed/couch/purse.
