My son has been on a camera kick this year so i decided to try this one because of the great price and it has done its job perfectly! Its sturdy, the battery lasts a good while the picture quality is great for the money and he isn’t a professional and it is the perfect size for his small hands you can carry it anywhere and the microphone is pretty cool picking up far away noise!

Great buy for a little cam corder. Got for my nephew cuz he wanta to be a YouTuber. Figured he could practice making videos and delete, perhaps next year get some editing software. Sadly it isn't an iPhone so he had no idea how to use it.

For the price that it is I was hoping for better quality when recording. The 4k option seems to be laggy and choppy but the option below that one records smooth with no choppiness. The speaker attachment it comes with definitely enhances the audio but it still has that old vintage sounding quality. If you’re looking for something that gives vintage like home recordings people used to make back then, this could potentially work. If you want slightly better audio and 4k recording then you’ll need to purchased something more modern.Aside from all that, the functions are very simple and easy to navigate. It’s easy to change the settings and there’s not a million different things or buttons to click.

This is small enough for easy handling but big enough screen to really see what you are doing. Great for a 10 year old or a 50 year old.
