Fit and installed fine but makes my office look green when lights are on so I use lamps but they do make the ceiling look nicer

I work in a building where it's impossible to get lower wattage bulbs or a mutable cover for the over the top brightness in my suite. I bought these and it works so well, only one even did the trick. Now my clients and I won't feel have to feel like we're in an interrogation room. It's much more peaceful now!

My office is the only one with these florescent lights, and I'm heartily averse to the glare. I purchased these as a compromise (my office-mate ENJOYS the bright lights, I suspect he is a sociopath) and we have been very happy with the gentle dim. No direct light into my skull, and no dark office for him. The magnets are a phenomenal idea and made the installation smooth and easy - I did it myself with a too-short ladder, and it was perfectly fine. Highly recommend! I might eventually get a different pattern to mix things up and keep my buddy on his toes.

I bought 6 of these for my office at work because I had recently realized how much fluorescent light hurts my eyes. I'm in my office way more lately as I've been put on more admin-focused projects lately. Because I'm at my desk for longer hours, I'm around fluorescent lights way more. And after a few hours, my eyes feel strained and sometimes begin to twitch.Then I thought to buy some light covers for at least the lights that are directly by my desk. Sure enough, as soon as I had covered my office lights I felt relief in my eyes because I now wasn't surrounded by such harsh light. The difference has been so noticeable in fact that my coworkers ask where I bought them so they can have softer light in their workspace too! Highly recommend! Especially if you're like me where a majority of your workday is under fluorescent lights.
