大きめで、でもかくかくしてなくて、丸い感じで作っているので、いい感じです。手に持ちやすいようです。

Got these for my 21mo son. He has a field day with the cars and trucks and train and train attachments. He isn't too keen on the 2 boats that make up the #14-#15 of the chubbies set. I got the mini one which is smaller in length. The plastic is a soft plastic like the soft rubbermaids for ice cubes. True it's kind of thinner than I expected like previous reviews, but I'm glad he hasn't chewed through it yet. And he loves to chew. Its plain, no noise no sound so he uses his imagination to make sounds. He has matchbox cars and other Cara but he loves these best.He is a plane fanatic, so he hasn't played with e planes or helicopter much. He has a daron southwest planes that flashes lights and sound and a green toys huge plane, so he plays with those more. But at least once a day, he brings out his planes to play front the Viking box. That's good enough for me. He will probably play with them till he is 5 or goes to school, but it is all worth the while seeing him happy. The wheels moves quickly and smoothly over my hard wood floors so, that's a plus. The soft plastic prevents too much pain when he bangs his cars on the poor doggie or his own head. So all in all, it's good.Attached is pic of 3 Viking toys, his mutchkin snack container and 2 caterpillar toys and green toys plane for size.

Well made toy, but if your kid has other cars and trucks and vehicles this might be kind of boring. Very simple design (I would say good for a 1 year old maybe). We didn't give the whole bucket as a gift at once...just a few pieces here and there. We weren't even half way through the bucket and my son (almost 3) doesn't really play with them (and we started giving them out before he was 2). It's a good first toy vehicle gift for a younger child, but not really something an older child would be into (my opinion at least).

Especially given the steep price, I do not recommend this set of vehicles. They are OK-- colorful, diverse pieces, but why would any one child need 15 of these??? If you have twins or triplets or run a daycare for 1 year olds this is the perfect item. Otherwise no need for this!

This was a purchase for Christmas for my 18 month old daughter. She plays with these during story time at the library and loves them, so we got some for home. It's nice that most of the vehicles link together, and they are a solid plastic to withstand playing. Also, all of the wheels adjust to either a high or low setting. She enjoys these and they are great for teaching names of vehicles and colors.

My son absolutely loves them! They are very well designed, virtually indestructible and very safe; soft plastic and no screws. Plus, the cars run very smoothly and most of the vehicles can be attached with each other to create a custom train. Endless form of entertainment! The colors are bright and beautiful, perfect to teach colors to a toddler who is hooked on to cars. One of the best set of toys we bought.

These toy cars are just perfect for my three boys. They are substantial but, not heavy. The rubbery wheels make them quiet (finally a quiet toy) and less likely to mar the walls/floors. The boys love them and having a package of 15 makes it easier for them to share. The two boats do not have wheels but, do link together - perfect as bath toys. Many similar toys advertising 15 pieces would actually count the tub and its cover as 2 of those pieces. Here, you actually receive 15 cars/planes/boats plus the tub and cover.I originally saw these cars at a childrens museum and was impressed. Very happy to find them on Amazon for a good value as well.

I just received these today. My son hasn't played with them since they are for Christmas, but my husband and I opened the bucket to check them out. There were a couple of things I wanted to mention:I've come to the conclusion that the sets come with random pieces, which is not an issue at all to me, and, quite frankly, I like it that way. My son's came with:2 wagons3 planes1 train1 train car2 boats1 bulldozer2 trucks3 cars, one of which is a completely different style from the other twoThe toys seem very durable and roll very easily. The bucket is a heavy duty typed bucket, not one of those flimsy paper thin plastic buckets, which is a big plus, since part of the appeal of the product, to me, was that it came in its own container. The only issue that I have with these toys at all is that, though you can attach the train car to the train, etc. the peg/holes that they attach with attach a little too well. They were very difficult for me to pull apart and I know there is no way that my (at Christmas time) 11 month old son will be able to pull them apart. It will be awhile still until he understands the concept of attaching the cars together anyway, but, when he does, I don't believe he'll be able to pull them apart once he gets them attached. That, however, is not a deal breaker to me at all, and, so far, I think these are fantastic toys and I am very happy with my purchase and I know, come Christmas, my son will be too.
