The first time I received " The Spider Cider House " there were many pieces broken off including some of the paint . I exchanged it, no problem. The second time I received it, came the same way . Same pieces broken off. I wanted to try exchanging it one more time but Amazon did not have the option to exchange it again. I I would have had to receive a refund only This was a gift for my son . He collects many of the Lemax villages. He was so excited at first until he saw all the broken pieces. I was upset for him . We were both very disappointed. I can't understand why I could not exchange it again. :( What is up with Lemax , why is this item always broken ? I can see the 1st one but the 2nd one too????

The spiders and people came loose from the base. Company said this has happened a lot. Obviously the glue doesn’t connect to the paint. Should have discontinued instead of keep selling them knowing there was a problem.

For the price of these Lemax village houses, I would think they could attach the tiny separate parts securely .Taking this out of the box ( carefully) 3 different pieces came off.Yes you can hot glue them back on ( if you don’t lose the pieces before) but they continue to break off

Super disappointing. For the price of this, you wouldn’t think every single small piece would be broken off. Like the previous review said, I guess they can be glued back on…but I did not pay for a broken product.
