So, the first one we received was completely dead with a few small broken pieces. The box looked fine. It was returned. The second one came with several broken pieces which I fixed due to the late date in setting this building up in our Spooky Town. Again the box looked OK. This building's audio, lights and motion are GREAT! Lemax needs to do better QC and improve their building packing. We re-use the boxes because they are custom for each building and most have enough small points of breakage, you need them to protect the trip back to the attic for storage.

We absolutely love this piece! We own quite a few and this is the best one. It has SO many different moving parts, it's fun to watch! Highly recommended!
