I love all of the Lemax Norman Rockwell Christmas Village collection pieces because we live within 15 miles of Stockbridge, MA and visit the shops, etc frequently. The only reason I am giving this 4 stars is because two of the decorations on the display were broken when I unpacked it. The Christmas tree on the left side of the store was completely broken off and one of the door wreaths was unattached. Gluing the wreath back on was fairly simple but the tree… not so much. It broke at an odd angle and so far I have re glued it 3 times. It really is a shame because this piece is absolutely beautiful when it is lit up. I would have returned it and requested a replacement if it wasn’t so close to Christmas. It baffles me how this could have arrived damaged because the shop is packed extremely well within the Lemax manufacturer’s box. BUT I will say that the outer shipping box was far too big for this item and there was nothing inside it, except empty space, to cushion or protect the inner Lemax box.
