I will be going on a boat safari in kenya. I got this to put my camera in while on the water. I also read that you can use these bags to wash your clothes in. This bag a not big enough to wash alot but I can definately fit a socks, tank tops, under clothes etc in it.

I ordered the 5 liter bag. With a dry bag, you need to understand that you don't really get all of the liters to use because you will need to close it, roll it down at least 3 to 5 times, then buckle it. After you are done with that, you lose some of those liters. For me, this was not a big deal because I have other dry bags and knew what I was ordering. With the 5L bag, you can basically fit a couple of iPhones, AirPods, keys, and wallet. If you have more than that, I recommend you order their 10L or 20L bags. It does smell a little like a pool float after you open the bag, but it is not a strong smell. Overall, this is a great dry bag at a great price.

First impressions of the Villey 5L dry bag are excellent. It’s made from thick, high-quality waterproof PVC material, making it durable and reliable for outdoor activities. Despite its sturdy build, it’s lightweight and easy to carry, thanks to the included adjustable shoulder strap that can be worn cross-body or over the shoulder. This strap will be especially useful when I’m already juggling a paddleboard, life jacket, and other gear. The roll-top closure system is secure and user-friendly, ensuring that everything inside stays dry. The bright blue pattern will complement my blue-and-white paddleboard nicely, and I really appreciate the white interior, which makes it easy to find things inside. The 5L size is perfect for carrying the essentials like a small towel, sunscreen, snacks, keys, and phone, with room to spare.I haven't had a chance to try it at the lake yet, but the bag floats on water (in my hot tub) without leaking, which gives me peace of mind. It’s the ideal companion for any outdoor adventure. Plus, it’s available in multiple sizes and is affordable for the quality it offers. Highly recommend this dry bag for anyone who enjoys being outdoors!

With warmer weather on its way, we got a new stand up paddleboard, and I wanted a small dry bag that we could lash to the paddleboard for electronics, wallets, etc. to keep them dry but also to make sure they weren't lost if the board tipped. This VILLEY dry bag should do the trick nicely. I ordered the "solid" blue bag; at the time that I ordered it, it wasn't clear from the listing but the bag is made from a thicker sturdy but soft and flexible plastic that is somewhat see through. That makes it easier to find stuff that might be buried at the bottom of the bag, but at the same time makes things visible to others and may allow sunlight to affect or heat up things in the bag. In my opinion it's a nice thing for it to be visible. The bag is just under 7" in diameter, and fully extended about 14" tall, top to bottom. Once you roll the opening down three times and buckle it, the usable height of the bag (i.e where you can store items) is probably about 8" tall, so the 5 liter capacity rating seems about right. It's certainly big enough to stash sunglasses, phones, wallets, and sunscreen, even a t-shirt or two, but don't think you'll be able to shoehorn a large beach towel into this bag (not that I was expecting you could). The bag comes with a shoulder strap and three different places where it can clip to the bag--one at the bottom and one at each of the the top opening's buckles.I have a few very large dry bags meant for overnight rafting trips, etc. that are very heavy duty and made from rubberized fabric. This bag isn't that heavy duty. I'm not sure that it would hold up to multiple seasons on the river if you're a professional river guide. But if you're a weekend warrior wanting to keep stuff dry in your kayak, canoe or paddleboard, then I think this is just fine. And for the price, I think that this is a fair value for the current price of $10.

I should have clued in immediately when the description said "transparent" that this dry bag wouldn't be like my others. First and most importantly, it works. And being able to see into it has advantages. The one thing I don't like about it is that the PVC material doesn't roll up as smoothly as the vinyl bags I'm used to. But it's not a big deal and doesn't affect how it works. Just feels funny to me. I'll definitely use it on my kayak.

I ordered this dry bag in hopes that it would fit the rechargeable SUP pump that I use to air up my inflatable kayak, and I am pleased to report that it fits perfectly. The material of the dry bag is a little bit different from what I'm used to. Rather than a slick fabric material, it is a translucent blue rubbery material. I'm sure it's some form of plastic. I'm confident the bag will be fully waterproof under normal conditions, though I haven't had the chance to test it yet. I don't intend to fully submerge it unless I somehow flip my kayak. Overall, I would recommend this dry bag. I'll be sure to report back if there are any durability or leakage issues.

I got this small dry bag so we could keep our phones, keys and wallets with us while snorkeling. I'm really impressed by the quality of this bag for the price! The shell material, the seams, and especially the straps and buckles are all much higher quality than I expected. My favorite feature is the strap - it is really long if you need it to be, but has an excellent buckle adjustment to make it (much) shorter if you want it to be. I expect this will work really well for us both in and out of the water. I'm hopeful we can get it to float and trail behind us, but if not I can shorten the strap. I have other dry bags and don't have doubts this will keep everything dry (although my phone always gets a double bag just in case). The graphic showing how to fold and secure the bag is a nice touch, and just another example of the incredible quality you get at this price!
