Good product, but ordered two chairs... sent me two boxes with two chairs each... argued with me about returning one box.... too much trouble, so stored for next year. New vendor next time!

Opened the box, happily surprised by the heft and sturdiness..Seemed simple enough, dozen or so bolts to be screwed into pre-existing holes...However, assembly is a horror. It's as if the holes aligning with the assorted parts were measured out by a disinterested 12 year old getting it done ASAP so he can go out and play ball...Its been over an hour messing with two screws with misaligned holes....Hey manufacturer, is it that difficult to properly measure and drill, so the consumer doesn't have to re-drill?Addendum 10/21...although the item was faulty the company sent me a pre-paid FedEx postage for a return and has credited my credit card with very little fuss, so good going there!

Decent quality. Good weight to them once put together. Good value for the money.Time consuming to put together. One chair piece was machined improperly, so I had to use one of my screws to complete the assembly. Overall, good purchase. We will see how they hold up over time.

These look nice, but workmanship is sloppy in that the rows of wicker are uneven and look terrible. Also the chairs are difficult to assemble and are not aligned properly for the screw holes to match. We had to request a refund. They were excellent at confirming our request and the refund was nearly immediate.

The chairs look good, are comfortable and match my table well. They look like more expensive chairs andare a good size for a small space. Assembly was not as smooth as I would have liked, the holes don't line up as they should. I would have given 5 stars if assembly was smooth. I recommend but caution assembly will take a little time and patience.

Took me about 30 minutes to put together each chair. They are comfortably.They seem sturdy lets see if they last this summer.
