What should I do if I don't get power?

Please use the original adapter, check the adapter specifications and do not exceed 12V 2A adapter, to avoid damage to the internal wiring resulting in power failure.
What to do if the volume is very loud and cannot be adjusted?

If the volume button is still not adjustable, please remove the volume buttons, and reinstall them in place. Please check if the volume control is working properly when connected to Bluetooth playback.
Why does it look like the turntable is wobbling?

It's built-in belts, the belt drives is the turntable under the driving force, the principle of this role is this,you can re-mount the belts evenly on the turntable to give the turntable with an even driving force.
What if there is no sound from the speakers?

Please connect the copper wire on the cable clamp to the cable clamp port. The red wire to the red port, black wire to the black port. Don't connect the plastic, as this will fail to form a complete circuit and result in no sound from the speaker.
What to do when it comes to skip song?

Please check: 1. ls the record warped/scratched?

2. The needle part of the stylus is not properly centered

3. There is dust on the stylus

4. The oil underneath the tonearm has solidified

5. There's not enough needle pressure on the needle.
