1st, this is not for audiophiles so keep that in mind. This is does very well for playing and/or recording your vinyl. If you want better sound it has an audio output in the back for hooking up to external speakers. You don’t want big bass in the unit itself anyways as it will only distort the output anyway. It comes with clear instructions, an extra needle and a 45 adapter. I don't have 78 rpm records, but it has an option for 78. I do have 33 and 45, it also has those speeds as well. It works very well for what I need it to do.

I couldn’t be happier with this vinyl record player! The vintage design adds a stylish touch to my space, and the sound quality is fantastic for the price. It works just fine if you just wanna play some of your old records. If you want better quality sound, and adaptability. Buy better.

Ordered this early as a Christmas gift in September for my 13 year old that wants to get into vinyl. My son opened it on Christmas day and it does not work. Plugged it in to power and nothing! Tried 3 working outlets and 2 power strips that have other working devices in them... still nothing!

I bought this as I got a record but had nothing to play it on. I wanted something that was both affordable and had good sound quality.This was packaged well and I was surprised to find that set up was a breeze. I had it completely hooked up in under 5 minutes which included moving things around. I was surprised to find that it has really decent sound quality too.This record player is sleek and compact and is a stylish addition to any room. Operating it is intuitive even for users who are unfamiliar with record players. I especially like that it's multi-purpose and can be used as a bluetooth speaker as well. I'm extremely happy with my purchase!
