This item is sized as advertised. Diameter goes from 4.8-5.1mm, length is ~70mm. The spruce grain is nice and straight. A number of other Amazon soundpost vendors claim a diameter of 5mm, but are actually 6mm or more, sometimes the 6mm diameter won't go into a violin with a small f-hole.
