Your cart is empty.The Viper Comix steel tip darts are designed with high quality, color coated brass barrels with pineapple cut grooves, which offer exceptional balance and styling in a slim profile. Having a slim profile dart barrel is necessary to obtain a closer grouping of darts to maximizing scoring. Intended for use with sisal/bristle dartboards and are ideal for casual-to-intermediate level players. Each barrel has strategically placed knurled bands, deep grooves and rings that make excellent gripping points and encourages consistent hand placement. Viper Comix darts are equipped with heavy-duty, lightweight aluminum shafts with locking holes that allow for a tighter fitting to the barrel, improving stability and greatly reducing the need to retighten during play. Quality flights help increase speed and reduce drag, producing a consistent flight path for pinpoint accuracy; detailed graphics are prominently displayed for added flare. These darts include an additional set of convex nylon shafts and a dart mechanic wrench.

Nice weight for a beginner. Interesting pineapple grip. Takes getting used to if you are switching from standard darts. Can't go wrong with the POW! Very cool.

These are my favorite darts now. They look and feel great.For some reason, the weight seems to be missing from the Amazon listing. I found these darts elsewhere on the Internet and they were listed as 22 grams.I have some other 22 gram darts, but don't care for the grip on them. The grip on these is great because of the longitudinally-cut grooves (did I just make that term up?). This allows you to still get a solid grip on the darts, but there is no bulge that could get in the way of your fingers while releasing during a throwing motion, if that makes sense.Also, from the pictures on Amazon, I couldn't tell how these (mainly just the flights) would look in person. I have to say that they look pretty fantastic. The art is nice, but more importantly they are very well-printed and look sharp.The flights aren't very stiff, so that could potentially be a con, but it hasn't caused me any issues so far. I ordered the red set and like them so much I am considering buying a set of blues and a set of blacks to complete the set.

These darts not only look really cool but are a joy to throw. If you are just looking to get past your first set of darts and move onto the next level these are a good step. The fat barrel and deep grooves make for an easy grip and a gentle toss. The included flights are pretty light and kind of flimsy, I reccomend switching them out. The color of the points however is very cool and is sure to make a statement when you throw them at the bar.
