It features intricate acrylic inlays and points in perfect harmony; finished off with 9 coats of varnish to prevent warpage. Several stainless steel rings along the forearm and sleeve add to the uniqueness and overall design. Featuring lightweight stainless steel joints which help provide consistent feedback during play and includes a removable scuffer. Simply twist the scuffer off and use it to shape the tip of your cue, allowing for enhanced chalk retention. It's available in 18-21 ounce cue weights, offering a customizable assortment. Each billiard cue is finished off with a 13mm Le Pro leather tip and Irish linen wrap.

I always expect the description of the product to be close when it comes down to colour. The wrap on this cue was described as being “burgundy.” It’s not even close The wrap is somewhere between crimson and amaranth. This throws the intended design off. I can see that the wrap was supposed to be burgundy to match the the burgundy in the butt and forearm . . . but alas, it doesn’t. It’s a fail in that respect. I’m still deciding whether to return it, or not be bothered. The other Viper I purchased from GLD was warped and I returned it. This one is straight, at least!

Great cue for the price! It won't change your game, but it looks good & feels good. I would recommend it to any intermediate player who wants a good cue, but doesn't want to spend a fortune.
