When I got this bike it looked easy to put together but then I noticed there are missing parts for the bike chain, after multiple tries with their instructions which are vague at best and looking up multiple videos I still don't have them attached, and no customer support I personally can't recommend this bike for beginners unless you know who can put a bike together.

First, just about finished putting this together but haven't used it yet. I will post an update soon. Second, I am short and this was the option available for a 20" trike. It seems to fit but won't know for sure until I use it. Third, I wanted single speed only. Why would anyone want a multi-speed tricycle?UPDATE: I have "tried" riding this. It was made for my size frame (or smaller) but in order for me to get on it, the seat needs to be at its lowest. If the seat is at its lowest, the pedals ride way TOO high. I am pumping into my chest. Definitely not what I thought I would experience. And of course now that it is put together, I can't send it back. So really disappointed. Dropping the 4 star rating to a 3.Original post: I just want to stress to potential buyers - Watch the Video. The instruction booklet isn't much help because the images aren't really crisp or close ups. I spent several hours over several days working to put this together and the video was the only thing that saved my sanity.I recently put another bike together and it didn't have a video and now a bike shop is working to fix what I broke during the process. But they couldn't fix my mental meltdown over putting that bike together.BUT I had no breakages (physical or mental) with this trike!
