This thing is a beast. It’ll blend anything. Easy to use. Easy to clean. You can keep buying cheap ones that’ll add up to the cost of this over time. Or just get this the first time and be happy. There are people that have owned the same Vitamix machines for decades. And they’ve only improved the design by replacing plastic parts with metal ones. What other company does that these days?

Used the amazingly sturdy SmartPrep Kitchen System after having to replace multiple bowls, pushers an other plastics associated with the Cuisinart products that I have used for over twenty years. If you are a home chef, this system is a must have!

I have had this blender for about a year and use it every single week. Still love it now as much as when I first purchased it. Sturdy, easy to clean and useful for so many recipes and food preps.

They sent the wrong item. It looked used, the box was opened and retaped multiple times it seems. I ordered the kit with the food processor, but they only sent the blender. Needless to say I was pretty disappointed. Up to 14 days for the refund, then I have to reorder. What a mess. Thanks Vitamix.

This was one of the worst purchases I have ever made. For an $800 product you'd think it would be a well oiled machine but that could not be further from the truth. It looked great while unboxing but the minute i plugged it in, pure disappointment hit. The small tiny bit of ice i had in my smoothie got stuck under the blade of the blender i had to keep stopping it to move the ice around. Then i tried to shred some cheese with the food processor but kept getting the error icon and then a blinking E3 error. I ended up pulling out my tried and true $10 hand shredder and sent this POS back! $800 what a joke!

It has been great so far. Purchased because my previous food processor died. I like how easy it is to change the blender to food processor container. I like the ease of cleaning and the cookbook that comes with it. It does take up a lot of counter space, but I don't have a problem with that. This was an investment. Hopefully, it will work for decades to come. Overall, I would purchase again.
