We hooked these one to our hammocks in just a minute. Make sure to get the bolts tighten up. Now I don’t rip up grass moving my hammock to the shady spots. (Which pleases my husband!)

These are easy to install and make moving the hammock a breeze. These are a must have if cutting the grass or moving the hammock in / out of the shade.

Two bolts and you're done! It's perfect if you need to move your hammock around. I move mine every night because I have a sprinkler system and I don't want it wet every morning. These wheels work perfectly. They are sturdy, fit well, and everything came with it. If you're thinking about getting wheels, then you probably need them. Make your life easier; it's worth the $40.

Sure you can fight with your hammock, drag it through the yard, tearing up chunks of grass along the way, awkward as heck. But a hammock is supposed to be about relaxing, not frustration. So strap this on (5 minute max install) and just wheel it wherever you need to go. It’s that easy. Don’t need instructions. Just connect to one of your diagonal end tubes with the wheels touching the ground. Two 13mm wrench or sockets to tighten them up and you are done! Lift the other end and away you go. Rolls on grass fine.Really this is in that category of “things I should have bought YEARS ago”

Easy to install. The product works well. However, I found the hammock easy to move with or without the wheels. So, its not a necessary product but good to have.

Used for another hammock brand. I am the type of person who doesn't like to throw things away but instead restore them so I had an older Hammock and changed the bed and added this wheel. Now it's all good! The wheel works and helps me move it around so I don't scratch up my composite deck.

TLDR. GOOD WHEEL EASY TO INSTALL CHECK FOR LOOSE NUTS.This is attached to a hammock frame! Surprising I know. Clamped on it makes the frame very easy to move. I move my frame so the lawn can be mowed or the placement of the frame can be changed to shade or to rest the grass under it. I found it easy to drive from the opposite end of the frame from where the wheels are place. Think wheel barrow style. So way and sturdy your teenager can do it. So easy I could in theory walk my hammock frame around the block without much effort.I had my 13 year old install it. I had him do it as a part of how I teach him to use logic and tools. I had him use a closed ended non-adjustable wrench and a ratcheting socket. The hardware included was quality. After two weeks of ownership I did run into a hiccup. The acorn nuts and washers that hold the wheel on came loose. Lost one in the lawn somewhere. I had to go to my local hardware store and buy replacements. $1.50 later I was back in business. Point is check how tight your nuts are.

I had a set on my hammock for a few years, but since it was almost all plastic, it had become very difficult to move and was just about to break. This is strong metal, easy to install and works just fine - looking forward to many years of use. The smell of the materials is present as a few others have mentioned, but since the hammock is always either outside or in my garden shed during the winter, it will pose no problem.

We got a hammock stand so we could move the hammock around with the sun/shade. Then we realized that moving the stand was a 2 person job, without taking it apart and moving it piece by piece! My husband looked around for a solution and found this wheel. This is one pair of wheels, to be attatched to the 45 degree arms of the hammock stand, near the bottom. To move it, you lift the hammock stand up a little, from the opposite arm, until the wheel is touching the ground, and roll, like a wheel barrow. My husband says that the clamp for the wheel to fit the stand was too big, even though our stand is also from Vivere. A bit of torn up paper stuffed there stabalized it. It would have been nice if they had sent rubber strips with, like the type that come with bicycle lights, to fit under the clamps. One star off for that.Btw, after my husband ordered this, I saw a review stating that this wheel wouldn't work on grass because it was too small, which disappointed us. Luckily, this works just fine on our mown lawn, and I think will work in most circumstances. The wheel has around 6 to 10 inch diameter, and is fairly big, sturdy and rugged.

I just got these, so I haven't used them very much. They seem to do the job ok, but I'm not sure why they don't include longer bolts. I couldn't use the lock washers because the bolts were too short. They only need to be about 1/4" longer and they would work fine. This basically made what should have been a VERY simple installation a bit of a pain. When I have an opportunity I will replace the bolts. I also hope the axle bolts don't come off. They were very loose out of the package so I tightened them, but had to back them out a little so the wheels would turn.I think they will end up doing what they are supposed to do.
