SIMPLE ASSEMBLY
Install Frames
First, attach the adjustable support to the top of the upper frame mounting hole, install the other side of the adjustable support to the lower mounting hole of the upper frame, and then assemble the lower frame into the upper frame.
Attach Knee Pads and Desktop
Secure the knee pads and seat pad to the upper frame using the provided hardware. Then, slide the desktop tilt brackets onto either end of the desk support and mount assembly to the desktop.
Mount Desk to Lower Frame
Mount the desk support to the lower frame using the provided hardware and tighten. Now, your lower frame and upper frames should be attached to the desk support.
Adjust the Height
Lastly, loosen the knob located on the side of the desk support to adjust the height of the desktop and loosen the knob located underneath the desk to adjust the tilt. Set to the desired position, and then re-tighten the knobs.

I am very impressed with the quality of this kneeing desk. The welds are good. The desktop has a hard surface that has the feel of melamine. Not paper coated mdf. Assembly was easy. All hardware is clearly labelled and all wood has metal threaded inserts. All holes aligned perfectly. My kids love using it.One assembly tip would be to possibly coat the threads of the height adjuster with white lithium or other lubricant to allow the screw adjuster to move more freely.

This kneeling desk is a great option for kids who want a comfortable and ergonomic place to study. The kneeling position helps to relieve back pressure, and the adjustable desktop allows you to find the perfect angle for your needs. The desk is also very sturdy, and it can easily support a child's weight. I was disappointed to find that this desk is only designed for children, as I am an adult who can also fit on it. However, I do not think it is strong enough to support my weight of 155 lbs.The desktop is made of a durable material and has curved edges that make it easy to rest your arms on. There is also a small stopper across the front of the desk that can be used to hold pencils, tablets, or phones. I found that my daughter was able to sit at this desk for extended periods of time without any discomfort. She was able to use the desk for a variety of activities, including drawing, watching her tablet, and reading. I was happy to see that she was using the desk for both educational and recreational activities. The desk is very easy to put together, and the instructions are clear and easy to follow. It is also a good size for a small space, and the adjustable features make it a great option for growing children. I am very happy with this kneeling desk. One thing I wish they would change is to make it available for adults!

This VIVO Kids' Kneeling Chair with desk comes well packaged with every parts in perfect condition. It took me exactly 30 minutes to put together, all required tools are included in the package, no additional tool required. You can use your own screwdriver if you want to make it a bit easier. You can see the finished product in my photos.It is sturdy enough for a kid or small adult (less than 110lb). The seat height/angle can be adjusted by a little. The table top can also be tilted and height be adjusted. In my photo the table top is nearly at the lowest setting.It is possible to not install the table top and the supporting beam, and use this as a eat only.

This chair will not hold anything more than 110 lbs, my daughter is 125 lbs and the seat starts to creak and shift when you sit on it. So don’t buy it if your child weighs more than that.

I absolutely love this desk!!!!! It is the most comfortable way to sit and work at a desk that I have ever found!! Like I seriously cannot rave about this desk enough!! It was fairly easy to construct by one single person. It is not lightweight but not too heavy for one person to move around. Hold more weight than advertised trust me. Easy to adjust and change.

Very cute desk! I love that it has a kneeling chair, because my kids are squirmy worms while doing their school work and it really helps them.
