It dries clothes pretty well and was easy to set up. Unfortunately, mine stopped working after a short period. I wouldn't recommend it for long-term use...

Due to Canada's housing crisis we find ourselves living in our RV. Laundry is a huge inconvenience and expense when the nearest laundromat is 30 minutes away. We have a 30A service so a full size dryer isn't an option. This Vivo Home dryer runs on a normal 120V plug. It takes awhile but still gets the job done!

Teenager mentality, overloading the washer and dryer. Dryer gave out, I needed something fast, something I could use in the my room, away from othe "people" using it. I was very skeptic that it would be worth it. I really can't believe how well this drys. In just over a week, my spouse has complained that her clothes have been being shrunk (oops) it definitely drys well. I split a full size washer load in half and it's generally about 30 to 40 mins to dry. I feel like I definitely got my money's worth at 350 all in

I bought this dryer because I was already fed up with hanging my clothes to dry and then they got that overly stretched out look 😤.I shopped around and found this dryer on the lighting deals on Amazon and let me tell you it's awesome! When you open the box the first thing you see is a metal bar which is to hang your dryer up to the wall if you preferred to have it that way.I hooked it up and at first since I swore I'm a know it all, I didn't read the instructions or the stickers that literally tell you which number is for what kind of drying 😅😅 I ended up having to correct the dryer time/setting about 3 times for being captain know it all 🤣.But after reading the stickers and instructions I learned that #1 is for highest heat setting, which to be honest is the setting I use most often since there are times I'm too exhausted to wash uniforms the night prior. I end up waking up around 5am wash the clothes and then toss them in this little dryer and depending on how much clothes I put in the dryer, the load is usually ready within an hour or even less!If you want a dryer that you can hide in a closet so you don't get in trouble with your landlord, then this is it.

The dryer just quit on me. I had it for exactly 4 months and used it twice a week. I did the usual troubleshooting to see if my outlet was still working or if it was the breaker. I unplugged it, tried a different outlet. No, the dryer is deader than a door nail. I should’ve already been skeptical when it was first delivered. It had a dent on the left side and the packaging it came in appeared to be insufficient to protect the dryer adequately. It was “on sale” and now I know the reason why. I should’ve complained, but I was still in the process of moving into my new apartment and had plenty of other things on my mind. Maybe someone else has better luck. BTW, the dryer took an average of 2 hours to completely dry a small load of clothing. I am massively disappointed. Live and learn.

Update:Dryer worked but had to dry a few items 3 times it's not worth the price I purchased march six by April 10 it stoped working completely I went back to see the return window and it closed on April 7th $300 something dollars down the drainPrior reviewa nice dryer its better than nothing but it takes about 3 drying sessions to get your clothes completely dry which sucks cause doing laundry takes longer so make sure you do loads every day to prevent build up because this dryer takes super long to dry it does not get very hot like I hoped it would it says it can dry 8pounds of clothes in one session which is not really true I've had maybe 9 pieces of clothing in at once all cotton material and like I said it takes almost 3 hours to get it completely dry. i says its worth maybe about 200 bucks just because its not that effective ut it is what it is beats going to the laundry matt so I will Contiue to use it.

I read the reviews before buying and I was a bit skeptical about the way the dryer would operate. Unboxing was easy and a bracket and bolts for hanging the dryer were included. I soon discovered that the bolts were for masonry and not for drywall or wood studs. Luckily, I already had some toggles and screws that worked for my wall. The first setting I used was #2, Sterilization. That setting didn't get my clothes very dry. I then used the #1 setting. It took a while for the air to get hot, but when it did, wow! The second load I put in was a queen duvet cover and pillow cases. They dried really fast because the drum was still hot from the last load. I cleaned the filter between loads by popping it off and using an old dry toothbrush. I'm very pleased with this product and I hope it continues to work the way it does now.

I’m actually really upset that I paid full price and received what looks to be a used dryer. Not only is there a big chip from the paint it has a few scratches.I also find it to be very noisy and takes a long time to dry clothes that were already spin to the point where they’re already almost dry. I’m really considering returning this dryer.Update: I wished I had follow through and returned this dryer. I don’t believe it’s even a year and this dryer has suddenly stopped working. I really hope I can return it because it should still be under warranty. 100% disappointed with this purchase.Update: I’m getting a complete run around from this company. It has been weeks sinceI’ve been contacting this company about honouring my warranty. This company has a customer service phone number listed that is a automated voice and never answers. There’s no other way to contact them other than email. They asked me to open the back of the dryer and then after that my emails were not responded to.

Well I am quite surprised at how well this little dryer works! I am replacing a 1400 watt dryer with the little 850 watt one and when I unpacked it I thought it would not be up to the task. But I am very surprised! I dried several loads last night, all perfectly dry and fluffy using the auto setting, and never once ever felt the slightest over draw of power ( my apt electrical can't handle much). Also, it is super quiet! So after one day I can say I am suitably impressed and happy with this purchase!I should mention that it looks nothing like the item in the ad and has a digital display with 4 modes .

This dryer comes with a practically ready-to-go dryer (minimal assembly), instructions, replacement filter and plastic exhaust hose (not sure if that is what it is called). It also has materials for wall installation, however I will not be using that. It is just a tad over (in weight and size) what I would classify as "compact", but it is nowhere near as large as a normal sized dryer. There are 4 possible dryer settings but the instructions donʻt go into which are "higher" temperature which I wished they explained the settings. The only 3 buttons are 1. an on button, 2. a pause/start and 3. one to change the dryer setting. There is no "timed" setting, but it does auto sense every 10 minutes when the load is dry. Just as a heads up, at that 10 ish minute mark the load will do a complete stop for a few seconds to scan and resume shortly after when not done. First couple times Iʻd hear it stop and think it was done but then it start back up right as I was approaching it.To test the dryer upon receiving it, I soaked and hand squeezed a kitchen towel then tossed it in. It took a pretty long time for that alone to dry (maybe like 50 minutes) which is the primary reason I didn't rate this product as 5 star but the convenience of it all will probably make it worth it.Update #1, I used the dryer to dry a very small load consisting of 6 sports bras, 3 panties and 2 shorts of similar materials and it took 3 and a half hours to dry completely! Kinda shocked, and not sure if the amount/length of electricity it requires will make it worth it in the long run, but I am hopeful as someone who lives in sports bras and shorts that itʻll be worth it for my tiny loads.Additional notes on the product:the exhaust hose thing (not sure the name) is 3 inches in diameter and the one provided is made of a clear thick plastic material that extends 5 feet long. The pretty neat thing about it is it is collapsable to a length of about 20 inches long and can fit in the dryer for storage. The filter on the back wall has three parts to it and when the directions say to pull it, youʻll really have to use some force (to the point where you might worry about breaking it) but it does not seem like it will break since it is pretty sturdy. The instructions do recommend cleaning the filter after each load by brushing it off but Iʻve been picking it off (like lint on a sweater) and that has been fine.
