This chrome look stainless steel braided leader hose is a direct replacement for any compressor with a 3/8" NPT female port. The hose measures 24" long and includes a swivel 3/8" NPT in-line check valve to allow the air to flow in only one direction. Inside the braided metal protection is a strong heavy duty rubber hose. The perfect replacement solution for worn out hoses.

Used this to replace the line that feeds the tank from the actual compressor. Haven't had any issues with it in terms of leaks, blowing up, etc.

Perfect length and works well. I wish it didn't come with the check valve. I removed it. Have no need for it. The compressor has a check valve in the tank, no other is needed.

Hose comes with a one way valve at one end. Valve doesn't indicate which way it operated. I installed it backwards at first and no air went through it. I reversed the hose but must have damaged the valve by installing it backwards at first. Valve not restricted the air flow intermittently. I ended up removing the hose and punching out the ball in the valve to allow full flow. A simple arrow on the valve would have prevented my problems.
