Got these to make cannoli's for the first time ever. They came out awesome. They should tell you that to release the mold from the cannoli you need to squeeze the metal piece though.

This set has quite a few of each cannoli and cream horn molds, meaning a home cook can make a good sized batch of either with ease. The tubes and cones are uniform in shape and sturdy, bouncing back when squeezed with moderate pressure. The tubs have a bit that overlaps and can be squeezed a little to make them smaller to slip out of cooked cannoli even. They are a little sharper around the edges than I expected and I cut myself a little while washing them the first time, so do take caution with that. I like the reusable silicone piping bag that is included, as well as the piping tip coupler, so you can use different tips with the same filled bag. I like that it comes with both regular piping tips and the extended one for filling longer baked goods like doughnuts. I can definitely see getting a lot of use out of these in our household, where we have to worry about both gluten and dairy.

This Ser of Cream Horn Molds is Outstanding! I love the variety of cones and cream filler tips available. You can make full batches of cannoli and cones. The tips are nice to have too. You can fill them with cream when they are full. I am so excited to make treats this summer to make mornings and after dinner cocktail hours more fun! A yummy treat always makes these times more fun and tastey!
