I purchased these volleyball arm pads for my 11 year old daughter. I took a gamble on ordering them, with hopes that they would fit, because they said for teen girls. They fit my 11 year old perfectly with enough room to grow.These arm pads/sleeves are made of super soft nylon and spandex and she said they are very comfortable on. At the top of the arm, along the hem, there is a flexible rubber so they do not slide down. My daughter said that was very soft and comfortable on her arm while playing. The holes for the thumbs and fingers are perfect size and not tight on her fingers at all. There is no rubber on the hand end so they are flexible and easy to move around. The padding is in the perfect spot and thin, yet thick enough to pad your arms, and comfortable to wear. My daughter has volleyed back and forth with friends with these and she absolutely loves them. She said they save her arms tremendously! I highly recommend these for any teenager that plays volleyball. We are very satisfied with them!
