I've been using Volrath Dishers for many years and all of them, especially the oldest, are still in excellent condition. They save so much time when making cookies, cupcakes, meatballs, etc. They go in the dishwasher at any level, top or bottom, and come out ready to go again.

I have other Vollrath dishers that work great but this one keeps getting stuck when trying to use it and seems very flimsy in the mechanics of it. I am not at all pleased with the quality of it compared to their past products.

My wife compared this with some competing products in a local store and felt the Vollrath worked much more smoothly. It seems well constructed and it was a good price. So, it was a good purchase for us.

Perfect size for cookie dough. I bought another brand before this one that broke almost right away. This brand is much better quality.
