I do really love the versatility of this bowl! When you set it with the bowl side up, inside is a textured bottom that works well to clean brushes, the only downside to the bowl is that it is a bit shallow and brushes tend to tip up. When you're finished painting and your water bowl is emptied and dry, you can turn it upside down and place your brushes in the holder upright to allow them to dry. I would have loved to see this brush holder on the bottom be removeable so that brushes not in use can be at the ready and easily selectable, not jammed in an empty coffee cup. While at the same time, the bowl with that great nubby texture can also be ready with water in it to clean a used brush and then set it in the holder to dry. Then when done for the day, clean the bowl, put it back together to have it all in one place ready for your next day's painting. That would be such an improvement on this product!

I do a lot of watercolor and acrylic painting from time to time. One of the frustrating things is when I can not clean my brushes well in a cup that needs a narrow bottom. I saw this and thought it would be perfect.WHAT I NEED THIS FORI like to paint in my recliner as my painting desk is currently not able to be set up. That reduces the space I have on a small end table. The space I have fits this perfectly.SILICONE?This is definitely silicone, but it is firm not too bendable.WATERThis works well for water cleaning The different bottom textures help me clean different brushes which is really handy. I like having the choice which makes it a lot easier for me. The water well is big enough so I don't have to change it often, anothing thing I like.BOTTOMFlipped over this is a nice storage for brushes, but unless I have a different water well, it is kind of useless for my situation. At my desk when i am using larger water well, it will come in handy.BRUSH DRYINGAfter painting, once I rinse out the cup, this does hand nicely and allows my brushes to dry. One of the brushes was a little too small, but most of them work okay in the holes and stay put pretty well.THE BOTTOM LINEWhether using for brush rinsing, brush stand, or dryer, this is a handy tool that fits well next to my recliner on a side table.MY RATINGFIVE STARS. I like this. It is unique and I will be using this one a lot. So far it has been a good performer for my needs. I recommend this one!

I am very satisfied with this selection. first off, I love the quality of the cleaner. I love the material it is made of. I love all of the different textures at the bottom of the cleaner. It is truly designed to clean your brushes. I think it is an INGENIOUS idea to create the cleaner to hang the brushes to dry. That in itself is worth the asking price. I have had several brushes come unglued from the handle and it is mostly due to the way I dry my brushes. I am expecting this to be a game changer for me. I have invested in several brush cleaners recently, and by far, this one is my favorite. I love the size of the bowl as it can accommodate smaller brushes as well as larger ones. This makes it pertinent for just about any painter. So, Great Product, Great Quality, Great Price = 100% Satisfied customer. :}

This is a great idea for a brush cleaner and drier! The top side of the device can be used to hold water to wet or clean brushes. Textured surfaces on the bottom can help with brush cleaning. You can dry the brushes by inverting the device, and inserting the handles into the slots on the bottom. Then you can dry them brush side up, by placing device on a flat surface, or you can dry them brush side down, by hanging the device, using the handle provided.The dimensions are exactly as shown in the Amazon description. It looks like it is sturdy and well-made. It is compact and reasonably light-weight, so it will be easy to carry.

This brush cleaner bowl is exactly what I needed for cleaning and storing paint brushes. It’s super easy to use and just as easy to clean.We had been using a coffee mug for rinsing brushes, but after losing a few to permanent staining, I wanted something better. The ridges inside make a big difference, helping to clean out the paint without having to dig my fingers into the bristles.If you’re looking for a simple and effective way to keep your brushes clean, this is a great option.

Take the mess out of cleaning brushes with this great purchase! My daughter wants to paint, but doesn’t love to clean up. This actually made it fun for her to keep everything together and keep everything clean for the next time. Great value for the cost.
