You do need to have a BA in phone tech, as this was a little more intense to understand all the features. But as they say with choices comes power. Keep the manual close by as you learn the phone. Otherwise I do like the weight of the phone, the clear sound through the hand set, but a little disappointed in the speaker for hands free as it was more difficult to understand some clients.

It does what it is suppose to do and it does it well. Small details such as different angle adjustment and adjustable phone clip displays that a lot of thought went into its design (they even provided a single line cord and a dual line cord).Only thing that I could recommend to the engineers is to make the buttons a touch easier to press - I'm a fast typist and I can't blaze a number as fast as I would like due to the resistance in the keys (to most users the resistance would be normal - I just like highly responsive keys).

The size of the buttons is great. The programming is explained well and is easy to do. Sound is ok. I like the fact you can chose which options you use such as which lines you want the answer machine to work on. I was looking for a phone with only one line, but this works well with both lines or only one.
