This grinder set feels substantial, looks nice, and works perfectly. In searching Amazon, I didn't come across this set, and I concluded that I would have to pay $30-$40 to get the quality I wanted. Luckily, I found a reference in a review for another product.Most of the other sets were powered by rechargeable batteries. These are not, which I consider a plus. Why complicate something as simple as seasoning your food? With the Vucchini mills, you just remove the cap turn it upside down and rotate the glass container while holding the grinding mechanism.

Great adjustable salt and pepper grinders. They were easy to clean and fill with Himalayan sea salt and multi colored peppercorns. You can easily use these and adjust the size of your grind. I’m happy with the value for the price.Look great on my counter and coordinate well with my gold accessories.

I really like these salt and pepper grinders. The fineness of the grind is easily adjustable from powder to barely cracked. They're pretty easy to turn, every once in a while you will get a kernel of pepper, or a crystal of salt that wedges itself in such a way in the grinder that you have to use a little more force than usual, but that is pretty rare. Really cute, love the glass and metal look, allows you to see how much is left in the grinder.

So far I'm not impressed with grinder set as I have used one for a few days and it seems to just make a finer powdered Pepper dispenser. I have many of these Grinders, different barns but all have worked properly right out of the box. This one doesn't seem to allow pepper to be grinded in a course manner, which I prefer. I'll try out the second grinder to see if it works better before I cannot return them if it doesn't.The Grinder head itself is much different than past models/brands I have used, bought at Amazon so maybe it's a design flaw of sorts. I have adjusted the grinder head w/o any good results yet so I'm sort of clueless why it's not working, grinding properly. Maybe the retailer, Seller can help explain thsi issue better??

I had bought two gourmet salts and needed grinders to use them. These are a good size — they don’t hold all of the salt, but that’s probably a good thing given the humidity down here. They were easy to fill, look nice and are comfortable to twist and grind.

I bought this set of salt and pepper mills a few weeks ago and they have performed flawlessly so far. They are easy to adjust for coarse or fine grind and also easy to fill. They provide a good amount of salt and pepper without having to grind away too much. The ceramic grinding cone should last a long time. As many other reviewers have mentioned, the fact that they sit with the mill mechanism facing upward means you don't have salt and pepper grounds constantly falling out of the bottom of the mill when you set it down on your table - unlike "traditional" mills.These actually look classy enough that you can leave them out on your table all the time.
