This is a wonderful sweatshirt, it’s great for a gift and should make a grandmother very happy. The fabric is 95% polyester and 5% spandex per the garment tag, and not "cotton blend" as identified in the listing. That's okay because the poly/spandex fabric feels fantastic, very soft, skin friendly and extremely comfortable. This is a medium-weight fabric, it’s between a T-shirt and a cotton sweater, probably good to wear throughout the year except for summer. Sizing is accurate, my wife is small, which is what I ordered and she's happy with how it fits. I got the sweater in Cyan, which is attractive. The quality and workmanship are both very good, this sweatshirt is great value. My wife really likes it, I'm happy and this has our recommendation.
