So i go and paint on pottery often. I used this to get a good reflection to trace and paint. You do have to use it at an angle, which hurts your neck after awhile.

If you expect to sketch a very nice picture with this SOLELY as your method you will be VERY disappointed. My reason for buying this was to simply get my sketches laid out of the paper in proper perspective . I do water color painting using photos as inspiration for buildings & landscapes. Sketching in proper perspective is not my strong suit. Typically it takes a ruler and a lot of measuring.. This product saves time of getting the key lines & angles drawn. Final tweaking & straightening wobbly lines must follow. It certainly is a time saver and works exactly as I expected. I'm glad I didn't spend more than $8.99 but it is a purchase I am happy with.

Unless you on pitch black it's practically not usable. Was scratched as hell and it didn't reflex ok white paper. Don't know of there was error or just bad design but this is just bad

I meant to return this but waited too long. Complete waste of money. I should have known but I was optimistic, if you move your head or change your perspective even a little, it throws odd the entire image. Also, when tracing, my hand constantly was in the way of the image so I couldn't see what I was doing anyway. Complete waste.

This is an interesting item, and I could project the image from my phone onto the cookie I wanted to ice. I but the brightness to max on the phone. However, I could only see the image when I looked THROUGH the glass (a reflection of the phone), not when I looked at the cookie itself. It was too awkward to try to do anything, even with an edible marker. I had to make a reverse image to use since my desired image had letters. The image projected will be a reverse image, and you can see it through the glass or plastic screen provided when looking directly at the glass itself. But there's not much use for it that I can determine. I'm returning it.

It doesn't seem to be as easy to use as I thought it would be. The image projection is faint and difficult for me to see to draw.The item is everything the seller advertised and for the price, it was worth a try. I will continue to try it.

It was easy to put together but everything is terrible. The room has to be pitch dark and even then the picture quality isn't very good nor was the image big.
