We have a Vxi UC Proset headset. It does not have USB connector. We ordered this very expensive Vxi adapter. The adapter cable has a USB on one end (good) and a connector on the other that doesn't match the Vxi headset at all. To be more specific, the headset has four rectangular pins, and the adapter has four tiny round holes. No way can these two be forced together. Pretty damn annoying that Vxi brand items do not even work together. I have a useless expensive cable and useless headset. I wish I could find the correct cable for this.

I’ve been using this for about 4 months when I work at home, which I do 2-3 days a week. This thing is falling apart. All of the rubberized coating over the wires is flaking off. I’ve had my VXI 100X, that I use in the office since 2011 and it looks new. This is clearly a defect. I expect more at this price. I’ve contacted the seller and will update if they reply, but seeing as they didn’t respond to the other reviews, I’m not holding my breath. I’ll contact VXI directly if they don’t.

This works with Windows 10 natively and with both VXi Tria P headsets as well Polaris H150N headsets. I was able to use with Broadworks UC as well as Skype for Business. Sound was clear and not stutter-y. The coil cord is sturdier than the competing Plantronics product (DA 80) cable.
