I watched a lot of videos trying to find the cause of my leaking dishwasher and the like concerns pointed to this. It fit as it should, works as it should, and fixed the leak. I would recommend.

My 4-year old dishwasher started leaking water through the door. It was getting worse. At first I thought the rubber door gasket was compromised so I replaced it. The leak didn't go away. Then I suspected the water level switch was faulty. I replaced that and again no luck in stopping the door leak. Now I was perplexed. It's difficult to determine the source of the leak since the door remains shut during the washing cycle. I teid to pinpoint the source. In reading on the internet, some indicated that the lower spray arm could be the source of the leak. This seemd strange to me, but I ran a test. I removed the spray arm from the dishwasher and ran a short wash. Viola, no leak. I purchased this spray arm and the problem was solved. It literally took 30 seconds to install the part. The dishwasher is working like new.The spray arm is pricey, but compared to calling in a repair man who would have charged much more as well as a service call, I'm ahead of the game. The total cost of repair, including the parts I didn't need was much less than calling someone in to fix the dishwasher. I hope this new spray arm lasts a while. To satisfy my curiosity, I took the old spray arm apart to see what the problem could have been. I couldn't notice anything unusal except the sliding mechanism that intermittently covers the holes in the arm as the washing cycle runs wasn't as smooth as the new arm. At this point I don't care. The old arm went into the trash bin.

A piece was broken upon arrival. We were able to use a pice from our old one to make it work. Obviously I could have had another one sent, but didn’t want to go through the hassle of back and forth email exchanges and returning. Other than that, the part works fine.

Everyone out there who is experiencing water leaking from the bottom of the door, don't replace your door seals until you are sure that: 1) the seals have obvious breaks, pieces missing, and they have actually failed. 2) the lower spray arm is actually turning and all spray holes are clear. If the spray arm does not turn properly (mostly due to food debris inside of it) it may randomly land in a position where water can spray directly under the door. Save yourself some grief and replace it first.

The plastic clips on the underside of the arm were broken on arrival. The plastic appeared brittle and less sturdy compared to the original genuine product it was meant to replace. I will be ordering directly from the manufacturers store after returning this item.
