I have tried to align the papers multiple times. On the sheets there is 2 employees the top employee needs to be shifted up to print correctly and the bottom employee need to be shifted down to print correctly and you can not do that to align it. You can only shift left or right and up and down for the entire sheet so these will not work correctly with QuickBooks.

I ordered the pack for 50 employees which should have had 25 pages of the Copy B, 25 pages of the Copy C and 50 pages of the Copy D. I only received 13 pages of the Copy B so now I have to buy an entire new pack just for the Copy B's. So frustrating.

I've been a bookkeeper with my own company for 25 years & have filed HUNDREDS of company's W2s so I am not new at this. I've never run into forms that wouldn't line up within the same page. I needed just a few forms for clients who were unable for one reason or other, to file electronically. It's incredibly frustrating to have SO many returns to finish and then spend all afternoon trying unsuccessfully to get these to print, especially when I had to wait until literally the last day before the deadline to get them delivered to me. It turns out that I can get a couple of lines to print correctly, but these forms, on all copies, are not aligned correctly to allow the other lines to print. If one or two lines work, the rest will be on the lines and unreadable. Even using software alignment tools, it doesn't help when the problem is on the same page, as the software is unable to change alignment within the same page. I tried on several printers and with several versions of Quickbooks. What a waste of time--and now I have to go to a UPS store to return them. Hopefully it was just my batch!

There was no point in the purchase it clearly stated its compatible with QuickBooks. Turns out they aren't compatible at all.
