We have around 50 of these in our office and they are constantly breaking down. We reluctantly have to keep buying them because the tracks are incompatible with cheaper offerings from other vendors (we tried, almost nothing works). We'll keep buying them but I would never buy these WAC designs again, or items with individual transformers in each lighting head.

Flickers badly and doesn't seem to be compatible with Lutron CL Dimmers; lights don't turn off.Much troubleshooting led nowhere - On a paddle switch they work - but don't eeven THINK about using a dimmer with these.I will likely replace the low voltage with 120V fixtures so I can dim where needed. Don't bother with the lighting projector lenses - Extreme poor quality shutters almost impossible to adjust,

These are a terrible design. I do stage lighting for a living and the picture that is shown does not fully represent the product. In the picture it shows a knob on the side that you can tighten the fixture in place, and I have a couple older fixtures by WAC that are like this. The new fixtures I received do not have a knob to tighten but a compression fitting that when the light gets warm as lights will do, it ends up tilting toward the ground. the whole basis for the fixture I purchased with the "Framing projector" was to frame in light on a picture. These would be great if I wanted to point a light right at my carpet.

Great product. An exact match for the same lights that we've had for the past 7 years. Lone transformer went after 7 years
