3 stars because the company send me a returned item that was already getting banged up! The shoes looked to be in good shape, so I used them. Only time will tell of there was any damage that I could not see. But as a customer, I am NOT looking to pay full price for an open package returned item! You can see how the shoe has been rubbing off inside the box it came in! I've been buying wagner pads for a while - this is the first one I received without proper packaging. And yes, other companies absolutely package their product properly INSIDE the box!
