This works really well to help with posture and core control. If the fabric were nicer, I would have given it a higher score; as it is, I find it scratchy. Not very breathable fabric, so I wouldn't recommend wearing in a warm environment. Strong back support and velcro hold. Fabric folds over a little but not terrible. Creates a snug fit if you are looking for one.

This wrap is like the ultimate shaper! It has an incredibly long piece of 5” wide stretchy elastic fabric (60% polyester, 40% latex) that I can wrap around and around my problem areas in whatever configuration I want to really hold it in. It has Velcro ends that secure it. I love how customizable this is! I can make it a really wide band to cover from my hips up to my chest, or I can make it a narrow band to support my lower back and pull in my stomach. The more I wrap it around, the sturdier the support. I can also choose whether to wrap it loosely or wrap it tightly for more compression. It also helps me have better posture. This would fit literally anyone, it’s so long! Plus-sized guys and gals – this is for you!

This waist trainer is very good. its adjustable length allows a perfect fit, and the built-in support keeps my backpack stable while improving my posture.

Finally, a waist trainer that is made for plus size bodies that fits really well and you’re able to tighten it or loosen it per year. It feels really good on and it’s easy to take on and off without meeting to have too many people.

I have tried several of these waist bands. I almost gave up because the belts did not seem to stay in place or too hard to wrap properly.However, I wanted to give this belt a try and glad I did. This belt is easier to attach initially and has with enough length to wrap around my torso area. Some of the issues with the other belts was the width being too narrow and hard to overlap for smooth coverage.This belt also has a different shape on one end. I can wrap this belt comfortable enough to wear to work or for most of the workday. After taking off the belt, I usually wrap the belt up to smooth out the wrinkles and retain its shape.

Little bit of a learning curve in figuring out how tight to wrap this, but it works out great once you figure it out. The 13 feet allows you to layer and zigzag the wrap as high or low as you need, and the wrap is stretchy enough to be forgiving and allow you to breathe. The velcro is very strong and doesn't randomly detach. Great for plus size bodies as you have again, 13 stretchy feet to wrap around yourself!I do find if I wrap it too tight and then do a lot of bending, it will shift and bunch up a little depending on how I've wrapped it. This is great for back support after a long day of work, which is what I initially got this for. Helps with maintaining posture while worn, although I cannot yet speak to the shaping effects long term. Very comfortable overall and happy to have this.

I guess I've never had one like this before but it wrapped around my torso 6 times. The first time I tried it, it ended up compressing everything under my ribcage giving quite an odd appearance, but after some practice I got it down.I can't say I agree with the claims that you won't notice it or that it doesn't get hot, but I haven't exactly tested that part.It is however very easy to put on thanks to the cutout design, the instructions are clear, and it feels very sturdy. I can't see it falling apart unless you wash it way too much on high heat. The hook and loop fastener is very beefy and feels like it would last a while, but they can fail when there's a shear force on them for too long, it causes the hooks to deform and they no longer...well...hook. But I can't say that will or won't happen on this particular item.
