The buckle on the extender wouldn’t clip into the buckle on our carrier but we were able to make the extender work anyways and got the few extra inches we needed. Seems pretty sturdy with just the velcro connecting the carrier and extender and using just the carrier buckles.

The only reason for the 4 star is because the quality doesn’t feel the best but so far it has worked. Honestly the clip plastic doesn’t feel the strongest but hopefully it lasts some time.
