Replacing the diaphram can correct problems like no-start, hard start, stalling, rough running, excessive smoke and so forth. To replace the gaskets, remove the carburetor. Remove the cover screws and the diaphram. Install the new diaphram. Get the right kit. There are lots of kits so check the carburetor number. Look up the kit on Amazon. Use carburetor cleaner. Replace the chain and oil pump. Sometimes the kit is almost the same price as a carburetor. Replace the kit at the beginning of spring and at the start of summer.

Arrived quickly and on time. Has all the gaskets in it that were needed for my carb plus a lot more. Probably have ones for a few other carbs I have to work on. After cleaning the carb, re-assembled and it fired right up. Happy camper here. Vendor did a good job. Part was a genuine Walbro. D-10 Watt
