The mount itself is awesome, I love that it rotates and tilts. However, the bolts and molly it came with wouldn't sit right and tighten all the way down so we had to remove it and get proper fitting ones, which was annoying having to make a trip to the store but we got heavier duty ones and it works perfectly now.

IF YOU USE THIS UNDER A CABINET IT'S PERFECT. I USED THIS TO MOUNT MY MONITOR IN MY DESK OPENING. I TOOK THIS APART, CUT AN INCH OFF THE REAR MOUNT. TURNED IT AROUND AND REASSEMBLED IT. REMOVED THE HOOK FROM THE UPRIGHT. MY MONITOR FIT RIGHT ON & I CAN MOVE THE BOTTOM OF THE MONITOR TO HOOK IT TO THE UPRIGHT. IT'S GREAT TO HAVE NO STAND UNDER MY MONITOR.
