Do yourself a favor and order new muffler bolts and gaskets. I had to cut one at the connection to the muffler and one broke.

Fit my 08 legacy perfect.Welds are all good not sure why other reviews said they arnt. Iv installed many walker parts on many customers vehicles never had 1 bad part from them.

It turns out there are at least 3 different pipes for this application.. Several years ago when our pipe needed replaced we used the Walker 47840. It was the right length, It fit at the front end, and at the right muffler, But came no where close to the Left muffler. I had to do Major adapting to make it work. This time I found the part number Walker 47839. Pictures look the same. When attempting instillation I was happy to find the pipes at the mufflers fit 100% However the pipe was at least 6 inches short, and the holes on the flange were at the wrong angle. Because no other part numbers were available, I Ended up doing some Engineering, and cut the front end off the old pipe, and splicing it on to the new one. Walker has been an Industry standard, just have no idea why it has to be such a problem getting a part that fits 100%.

Fit like a glove with stock cat and EVEN happily matched up perfectly with an aftermarket pair of Nameless axleback mufflers! No fitment issues whatsoever. I've had this on for about a month on my car. I do not expect it to survive more than three winters in NYS. But great price for a solid fit.

resonator was oval instead of oblong but didnt matter .pipe lined up and fit perfectly.Well made.The only thing i didnt order was spring bolt kit and gaskets,nothing to say they would fit my vehicle.

Not oem quality, but it works. The weld angles are not perfect, but adequate clears the frame.

First off, it installed quickly and seamed on the surface to fit. After installation and I started the car, the problems appeared. No less than three leaking weld joints. Just pin holes but I had to take it back off and re-weld those leaks. I installed again and found the resonator side gasket was not seating properly due to the flaring of the pipe not allowing for a proper fit. Also the weld flanges on the muffler side were both out of alignment just enough, neither gasket sealed properly. Back to the auto parts store for a tube of Permatex ultra Copper high heat silicon sealer #81878 to fix all of those problems. By the way, this unit dose not come with gaskets or bolt assemblies so you have buy them separately. Walker# 31636, #31388(2), #35126(2).Having to buy the gaskets, hardware and even the sealer would not have been an issue but the leaking pinholes in the welds were unforgivable. Luckily I could fix myself because not having a car for a week waiting for a replacement that may have arrived in the same condition was not an option.
