All I can say it this part was a perfect fit. After disassembling the pipes and knocking all the rust off, I discovered it was not the gasket leaking but the header pipe had a hole developing right next to the clamp that holds the pipes together. Of course it was on the CAT side and the original part is a one piece unit. The gasket fit but naturally the leak is still there and is getting a little louder every day. CAT assembly replacement will be on the agenda in a week or so. If the gasket is leaking I am sure this part will do its job.

Unfortunately this is second one that had to be installed in about 5 years. Luckily, intermediate pipe is still in good shape so replacing was not too difficult. Perfect fit.

This, along with the other parts needed for the job fit and work perfect. Saved HUNDREDS doing my own research, buying on amazon and having my mechanic install, just charging for labor (he's honest, reasonable, very good and has no problem with me supplying my own parts!).
